is about five times sweeter than sugar so it can be used in a 1 to 5 ratio with any recipe. That ratio may differ depending on your taste and the dish.

Sweet & Healthy Coleslaw

Start with chopped cabbage or a bag coleslaw mix. In a separate bowl mix  3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of low-carb Italian dressing then blend about one teaspoon of X5 (depending on how sweet you like your coleslaw).

Mix your blended dressing into the cabbage or coleslaw mix and you have perfect, sweet and healthy coleslaw.

Healthy, quick and Spicy Barbeque Sauce

A simple recipe for sweet and healthy barbecue sauce is; take a little chipotle Tabasco which has a smoke flavor to it (from smoked peppers) add some Italian dressing and shake in according to your taste Sweet and Healthy X5. Put it on any meat or season anything you’d like to add a smoked sweet flavor to. If you like it Extra spicy leave out the Italian dressing.
